Machine case made out of welded steel sheet with vertical cast iron face plate – high precision guide of the movable jaw –  automatic control of the flashing cycle by the gear unit drive with notches  –  upsetting  by  means  of  a  pile  of  cup  springs  –  wide  distance  of  jaws  for  annealing adjustable  with  lever  –  adjustment  of  weld  current  in  4  steps  –  electronic  controlled  annealing device  for  infinite  adjustment  of  the  anneal  voltage  –  clamping  device  with  manual  levers suitable for band tools upto 40 mm width

工作原理:

Working Principle:

 

The working principle of the imported welder: the working metal piece to be welded is pressed between two electrodes, when the power is on, the energe(current) generates, and flows through the work piece contact surface and the adjacent zone, resulting in resistant thermal effects which heat the work piece into molten or plastic state, thus plays the function of welding the metal.
